本专业培养掌握扎实的汉语言基础知识，英语听说读写熟练，具有较高的人文素养，具备中国文学、文化、跨文化交际及对外汉语教学等方面的专业知识与能力，能在国内外各类学校从事对外汉语教学、推广中华文化的能力，并在此基础上，使其具备一定的涉外知识和外语交际能力，能在教育、外事、商贸、文艺、党政等领域从事教学、研究、翻译、管理等工作，使其成为具有创新精神和实践能力的复合型人才。
Students in this program shall have a basic knowledge of the Chinese language, be fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and have a sound humanistic literacy. They shall have the requisit expertise in Chinese literature, culture, and cross-culture communication, as well as a strong ability to teach Chinese as a foreign language (TCFL), so as to be competent in TCFL and promoting Chinese culture in all kinds of schools, at home and abroad. On this basis, they shall also educate themselves in the knowledge of other cultures and the communicative skills to work as teachers, researchers, translators and managers in the fields of education, foreign affairs, commerce and trade, and literature and art, as well as in party and government administration. The department is committed to cultivating innovative, practical and versatile talents.

1．热爱社会主义祖国，拥护中国共产党的领导，确立坚定的马克思主义信念，掌握中国特色社会主义理论体系的基本理论和精神实质，树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观；有为国家富强、民族昌盛而奋斗的志向，具有服务社会的责任感和文化传承创新的使命感；养成刻苦学习、热爱劳动、团结协作、乐于助人的优良品质，具有一定的法律素质和良好的职业道德；坚持和弘扬科学精神和人文精神。
1. Students shall show patriotism for the motherland, support the leadership of the communist party of China, adhere to Marxism, have a good command of the basic theory and core spirit of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and establish a correct view toward the world and life. They must be resolved to strive for national prosperity and have a sense of responsibility to serve society and to inherit and innovate Chinese culture. They must also develop excellent study abilities and be prepared to work hard, cooperating with and helping others, being fully aware of the law, adhering to professional ethics, and upholding and carrying forward a scientific and humanistic spirit.
2．具有扎实的汉语国际教育专业基础知识、基本理论、基本技能；具备汉语作为第二语言教学的专业技能，能讲标准的普通话，能规范地使用汉字；了解本学科领域的理论前沿及发展动态，具有较广阔的文化视野；具有独立获取知识，提出问题、分析问题和解决问题的基本能力和开拓创新精神；具备从事本专业及相邻专业工作的基本能力和素质；具有开展本学科领域科学研究的初步能力。
2. Students must ensure they lay a solid foundation in the theories and skills of the program of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages; be qualified to teach Chinese as a second language with standard Mandarin and Chinese characters; be familiar with the leading theories and current developments of this discipline and maintain a broad cultural vision; be able to acquire knowledge independently and be equipped with the capabilities to propose, analyze and solve problems with a pioneering and innovative spirit; develop basic abilities and qualities that will enable them to be engaged in work related to this or similar programs; be able to make scientific research in this subject area.
3．具有不断获取新知识的能力以及一定的科学研究和实际工作能力，具有一定的批判性思维能力；具有很强的汉语、外国语和计算机应用能力并具有一定的跨文化交流能力。
3. Students must develop the ability to continuously acquire new knowledge, conduct scientific research, and do practical work with critical thinking. They should be proficient in the Chinese language, as well as a foreign language, be computer literate and have the capability for cross-culture communication.
4．具有一定的军事理论知识和国防观念；掌握科学锻炼身体的基本方法和技能，养成良好的体育锻炼习惯，具有健康的体魄和健全的心理素质。
4. Students should have some knowledge of military theories and national defense. They also need to be able to apply scientific methods to their physical exercise so as to form healthy habits, and develop sound physical and psychological qualities.
5．要求毕业生具有现代教育理念和先进的教育教学方法，具备从事对外汉语教师职业的专业素质和教书育人的能力，掌握基本教学技能和现代教育技术。

1. Moral and Professional Qualities
通过“思想道德修养与法律基础”、“中国近现代史纲要”、“马克思主义基本原理”、“毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系概论 I、II”、“大学生心理健康”、“体育课”、“军事理论”、“职业生涯与发展”、“哲学概论”以及“知识经济与创新”等课程，培养学生健康的身心以及良好的职业素养。
The department aims to cultivate healthy physical and psychological qualities, as well as solid professional qualities, in students through the following courses: “Morality Cultivation and Introduction to the Basics of Law”, “An Outline of Modern Chinese History ”, “Principles of Marxism”, “An Introduction to Mao Zedong Thought、Socialism with Chinese Characteristics I-II”, “Mental Support for College Students”, “Physical Education”, “Military Theory”, “Career Planning and Development”, “An Introduction to Philosophy” and “The Knowledge-based Economy and Innovation”.

The course “Morality Cultivation and Introduction to The Basics of Law” will enhance students’ patriotism for the motherland and its people; teach them to respect the old and care for the young, learn the traditional Chinese virtues of diligence and thrift, and to endure hardship and be capable of hard work.

Through the courses of “Morality Cultivation and Introduction to The Basics of Law” and “Physical Education”, students will develop healthy physical and psychological qualities.

2．语言运用能力
2. Language Ability
通过“现代汉语”、“古代汉语”、“中国传统文学经典选读”、“中国文化概论”、“中国传统语言学”、 “中国现当代文学作品选读”、“中国书画及赏析”等课程，培养学生扎实的汉语言功底，具备汉语作为第二语言教学的专业技能，有较强的汉语口头表达和写作能力，能讲标准的普通话，能规范地使用汉字。
Through the following courses: “Modern Chinese”, “Traditional Chinese”, “A Selected Reading in Traditional Chinese Literature”, “Overview of Chinese Culture”, “Chinese Traditional Linguistics”, “A Selected Reading in Modern and Contemporary Chinese Literature”, “Calligraphy and Chinese Painting”, the department aims to cultivate in students a solid foundation in the Chinese language and the professional qualities needed to teach Chinese as a second language; enabling them to be proficient in speaking oral Chinese with standard Mandarin and being able to write using standard Chinese characters.
通过“综合英语”、“高级英语”、“英语口语”、“英语语音”、“英语国家概况”、“英语听说”、“英语语法与词汇”等课程，培养学生的英语的听说读写能力；此外还开设“第二外语”供学生选择，让学生在熟练掌握英语的前提下能够掌握新一门外语技能。
Through the following courses: “English Intensive Reading”, “Advanced English”, “Oral English”, “English Pronunciation and Intonation”, “A General Survey of English Speaking Countries”, “English Audio and Oral Training” and “English Grammar and Lexicology”, the department aims to develop students’ abilities in listening, speaking, reading and writing; additionally, second foreign language courses are also provided for students to acquire another language on top of their having a good command of English.
2．1汉语知识运用能力 Chinese Ability
2.1.1规范使用汉字 Normative use of Chinese characters
能够在日常生活中规范地使用汉字，避免在运用上出现错误，提高使用汉语的质量和水平，能够掌握大量的词语、成语，运用自如并达到优化的效果。
Students shall normatively use Chinese characters in daily life to avoid mistakes, guaranteeing the quality of using Chinese language and skillfully applying Chinese idioms.
2.1.2汉语口头表达能力 Ability in Oral Chinese
能够说一口标准的普通话，掌握标准普通话中的语音语调，使口头表达准确清晰，语音纯正，语调节奏准确、自然，表达连贯、语言规范，结构完整、内容清晰、条理清楚、结构完整且语音富有魅力；进而能流利使用汉语进行交流，甚至即时的讨论和演讲。
Students shall speak Mandarin Chinese using a standard pronunciation, intonation, with a clear oral expression. They shall maintain a standard pronunciation, with an accurate and natural intonation, using coherent and normative expressions, so as to be fluent in communicating in Chinese, as well as in impromptu discussions and speech.
2.1.3汉语阅读及赏析能力 Ability in Chinese Reading and Appreciation
能快速读懂材料，掌握所读材料的关键因素，了解文章的主旨和大意，能根据所读材料进行一定的判断和推论；能精读中国经典文学名著和各种体裁的文学作品，了解文章大意，了解创作手法、创作技巧、语言特点和思想内容，了解作品产生的时代与社会背景。
Students should be able to understand the material through fast reading, whilst grasping the key factors and main ideas of the articles and be able to make some judgments and inferences from the reading materials; be able to intensively read classical Chinese literature and works in all styles; be able to work out the writing techniques, language characteristics and the main ideas; be familiar with the historical and social background of the works.
2.1.4汉语写作能力 Ability in Chinese Writing
掌握汉语写作的基本要领和技巧，能通过从字、词、句的搭配至段落、语篇的结构、表达的训练做到用词准确，思路清晰，行文流畅。
Be able to grasp the essentials and techniques of Chinese writing; be proficient in the collocation of characters, words, and the structure of paragraphs and passages, so as to write with accurate words, clear thoughts, and in a fluent manner.
2.2 英语及第二外语知识运用能力 Ability in English and a Second Foreign Language
2.2.1英语听解能力 Ability in English listening and understanding
能听懂并理解日常交际中一般的对话。能听懂英文广播，理解准确率不低于80%.能听懂语速每分钟240-260个字，生词不超过 10%的新闻等材料，理解中心大意，抓住主要内容和重要情节，并能辨别说话人的语气和态度，理解准确率在75%以上。
Students should be able to understand general dialogues in daily communications and more than 80% of English broadcasts; be able to comprehend journalistic materials, which contain less than 10% of new words, with a speaking speed of 240 to 260 words per minute; be able to know the main idea, content and important plots; be able to distinguish the tone and attitude of the speaker with more than 75% accuracy.
2.2.2英语口语表达能力 Ability in Oral English
能够正确朗读各类的题材的英文文章，语音准确清晰，语调节奏准确、自然。能够复述听到或看到的音频或视频，表达连贯、内容完整、语言规范。能够使用英语简要陈述个人的学习、生活、兴趣爱好等基本情况，能够就某个话题参与讨论，观点明确，条理清楚、结构完整。
Students should be able to read English articles on all themes with an accurate, clear and natural pronunciation and intonation; be able to retell the complete content of audio and video clips with a coherent expression, and use standard language; be able to briefly state personal information in English as regards their study, life and interests; be able to take part in discussions on certain topics with clear and complete viewpoints.
2.2.3英语阅读能力 Ability in English reading
能读懂英文原版材料，掌握所读材料的主旨和大意，了解文章的事实细节，既理解字面的意思,也能根据所读材料进行一定的判断和推论。能够进行英文的文学作品赏析，了解作品产生的时代与社会背景。
Students should be able to understand the main ideas and details of original English material; know the literal meaning and also be able to make some judgments and inferences as regards the reading materials; appreciate and analyze English literature whilst being familiar with its historical and social background.
2.2.4英文文字表达能力 Ability in English writing
掌握英文写作的基本要领和技巧，能通过从字、词、句的搭配至段落、语篇的结构、表达的训练做到用词准确，思路清晰，行文流畅。
Be able to grasp the essentials and techniques of English writing; be proficient in the collocation of characters, words and the structure of paragraphs and passages so as to write with accurate words, clear thoughts and in a fluent manner.
2.2.5第二外语知识运用能力 Ability in a second foreign language
掌握基本的听说读写，能够使用第二外语做日常的交际，培养学生快速、灵敏的反应能力和熟练的双语思维能力。
Students should possess basic listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities in a second foreign language which can be used for daily communication; develop a sense of quick responses and a sound ability to think bilingually.
2.2.6翻译能力和转换思维的能力 Ability in translation and thoughts transformation
熟练掌握英文，能够进行中英文的互译，掌握英文和第二外语的理论和使用方法，培养多元化思维方式，用跨文化的视角，自如的对原语和译语进行转换。
Students should be proficient in English-Chinese translation; have a good command of the theories and application methods of English and possess a second foreign language; possess diversified ways of thinking and cross-culture prospectives; have the ability to shift language use between their mother tongue and foreign languages.

3.1.1 课程设计 Curriculum design
能够掌握对外汉语教学的课堂设计，能够根据听课学生的具体情况制定出合理可行的课程，使学生在已有基础上得到汉语能力的全面提升。
Students must have a good command of the methodology of teaching Chinese as a second language, be able to design reasonable and feasible curriculum according to students’ specific performances in class and comprehensively improve their Chinese language proficiency.
3.1.2 教学互动 Instructional interaction
能够在教学过程中，发扬创新精神，能够在互动中授课，使师生均有所获。
In the teaching process, students must be able to give innovative and interactive lessons , that will benefit both teachers and students.
3.1.3 教师品德规范 Teacher’s work ethics
能够掌握师范技能，能够建立健全的心理和高尚的人格，能够弘扬师德，传扬传统文化。
Should be proficient in teaching skills and possess healthy psychological qualities and a stable personality. Be able to promote the virtues of teaching and traditional culture.
3.1.4 发扬中华传统文化 Chinese traditional culture inheritance
能够热爱中国传统文化，掌握一两项具有传统特色的手艺，并能有意识的将中国传统文化进行发扬和宣传。
Have a love of traditional Chinese culture, possess one or two crafts with traditional Chinese characteristics and be able to consciously promote and popularize traditional Chinese culture.
3.2外国文化社会知识 Knowledge of foreign culture and society
3.2.1 文化概况 Cultural overview
能够了解英语国家的文化概况，了解典型国家的政治、经济、文化、地理等基本概况，掌握一定的背景，能够在具体文件、资料、文选中联想起其产生的背景、原因等。
Should be familiar with the general cultural outlines of English speaking countries, and be able to grasp the basic background of the politics, economy, culture and geography of typical countries and be able to analyze documents, materials and texts.
3.2.2 风俗习惯 Custom and manner
能够了解英语及第二外语使用国家的风俗和禁忌，能够在交流中最终对方的习惯。
Should be able to understand and respect the customs and taboos of countries where English and their second foreign language are used, whilst ensuring that they can respect these habits when they communicate in them.
3.2.3 对外礼仪 Foreign etiquette
能够了解英语及第二外语使用国家的社会关系，交流习惯，礼貌礼节，注重细节。能够在交际过程中展示中国人的热情的同时，让对方感受到我们的尊重。
Should be able to understand and pay attention to the details of the social relations, communication habits, and manners of the English, and their second foreign language, speaking countries. Be able to show the enthusiasm and respect of Chinese people in the communication process.

3.3.1 国际化视野 Internationalized vision
能够时刻关注汉语国际教育的国际走向和在国内的发展情况，把握学术界的前沿动态。
Should pay close attention to the international trends and domestic developments in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages and the leading theories in the academic field.
3.3.2 判断能力 Judgement Ability
能够冷静客观判断国际政治经济各方面形势，通过分析能够抓住本质问题。
Should be able to view international political and economic situations with an objective judgment and be able to grasp the essence of an issue through analysis.

4. Ability in Interpersonal Communication
通过大学生心理学、思想道德与修养、交流与沟通技巧、大学生科研训练计划srtp、社会认识实习、大学生科研训练计划srtp等，培养学生人际交往能力。
Cultivate students’ abilities in interpersonal communication through the following courses: “Mental Support for College Students”, “Morality Cultivation and Introduction to Basics of Law”, “Communication Techniques”, “Student Research Training Program” and “Social Cognition Practice”, etc.
4.1 认识自我和理解他人 Self-cognition and understanding of others
4.1.1 自省、自查、自控 Self-reflection, self-examination and self-control
能恰当描述个人的能力、兴趣、特长和不足，保持对自己的客观评价。具有良好的心理素质，能经常自省，面对问题能良好自控。
Be able to give proper descriptions of their personal abilities, interests, advantages and shortcomings. Be able to display objective self-judgment, possess a sound mentality, make regular self-examinations and be able to exhibit self-control when faced with problems.
4.1.2理解他人需求与意愿 Understanding others’ needs and thinking
能与同事和项目关系人良好交流，善于理解他人的需求和意愿。
Have good relations with colleagues and understand other people’s needs and thinking.
4.1.3沟通技巧 Communication skills
熟悉人际交往和沟通技巧，并能有效利用沟通技巧与相关各方关系人沟通和交流。
Should be proficient in, and be able to effectively use, interpersonal communication skills to communicate with people around them.

了解日本企业的工作环境，树立吃苦耐劳的思想，能在各种工作环境中快速转变角色，有良好的工作环境适应能力。
Should be familiar with the working environment of Japanese enterprises, be prepared to endure hardship and hard work, have the ability to shift roles, and possess the ability to adapt to different working environments.

四、专业特色 Distinctiveness of the Program
本专业将培养学生使其具有扎实的汉语语言、英语语言和汉语作为第二语言教学的知识与技能，具有广泛的中外文学文化知识和中外历史民俗知识，以扎实的中国传统小学知识、中国传统经典素养和基本的西学修养来进行汉语国际推广。使学生具备熟练运用电脑和网络的技能，具备一定的涉外知识、外语交际能力和现代科普知识，能胜任对外汉语教学、外事接洽、翻译及外事管理等工作。
The Program is characterized by its focus on talent development in the knowledge and techniques of the teaching of the Chinese language, the English Language, and Chinese as a second language. Students are equipped with a wide range of knowledge in Chinese and foreign cultures and their historical customs, a solid foundation in Chinese traditional knowledge, a sound literacy in Chinese traditional classics and a basic knowledge of western literature, which enables students to be competent in further promoting the Chinese language. The program enables students to be proficient in applying computer and Internet techniques, possessing some knowledge of foreign affairs, communicating in a foreign language and using modern science, which also helps prepare them for the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, translation and foreign affairs management, etc.
