国际汉语系一直致力于国际化办学，与泰国佛统皇家大学、清莱皇家大学，美国俄克拉荷马州立大学，捷克帕拉茨基大学等高校密切合作，互派师生交流，累计派出教师60余人次赴上述高校任教，接受对方学校师生访问游学，并派出汉语国际教育本科生前往上述高校游学和进行教学实习。

The department has maintained close relations with such distinguished universities as Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, Thailand’s Rai Royal University, Oklahoma State University and Palacky University, and has regular exchanges of teachers and students. Over 60 of the department’s teachers have been entrusted to give lectures overseas and a great number of its undergraduates have gone to study and conduct teaching practice at the above-mentioned universities. Additionally, teachers and students from these collaborating overseas universities have come to visit SWJTU on various programs.
