The “Open Classroom” section of this Open Week is a highlight. Teachers participating can directly and fully observe the teaching design and the performance of teachers and students through live streaming, and exchange teaching experience and learn from teaching practice. On 15th and 17th respectively, Ms. Zhang Juyan conducted two live broadcasts of real class teaching with a total of 4 credit hours, showing the practical teaching operation of comprehensive English courses for English majors in our department in real time. Mr. Zhang’s calm and atmospheric teaching style, clear teaching ideas and simple teaching content arrangement have been widely praised by the teachers.

She said after class, “This is a new challenge, but also a valuable learning opportunity. Although I successfully completed the task of live broadcasting, I still feel there are many shortcomings. I deeply feel that there is never the best in this matter of teaching, and only continuous efforts leads to better consequence, continue to improve.”
